redundant entry of data into their existing system.
They needed better access to their information, and
they wanted to extend their customer service capacity
in both phone and web. |

customer service department enter data about customers
a singe time and this information is then available
to all departments of AMSTAR. CTS software also provides
the capability of electric filing of paper records
through an imaging system. |
